The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has revised the lists of products that comply with the technical regulations of "TR CU 004 (LVD)" and "TR CU 020 (EMC)". The updated lists now provide more detailed information on product types, as they include 10-digit HS codes for all products. The EEC has confirmed this update in Decree No. 28 and No. 29, which were published on March 14, 2023. Both Decrees will take effect on April 16, 2023. These revisions aim to provide more accurate information on product types and ensure compliance with technical regulations, in line with the EAEU’s requirements.
