On May 30, 2023, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) approved lists of standards for the EAEU's technical regulation titled "On the safety of products intended for civil defense and protection against natural and man-made emergencies" (TR EAEU 050/2021).
These standards will come into effect on June 1 and include rules, test methods, measurements, and sample selection necessary for implementing and fulfilling the requirements.
We would like to remind you that, as per the EEC decision (mentioned in the MRT news dated November 2022), TR EAEU 050/2021 becomes a mandatory requirement starting from June 1, 2023. The following products may be required to be approved accordingly:
1. Subscriber terminals (for technical controls and communications).
2. Monitoring and alerting devices.
3. Telecommunication equipment (for emergency monitoring).
