On January 7th, 2022, the Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) published Act Nº 237 to revokes the Act 6506 and updates the Test Procedures for Assessing Conformity of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment.
This new act is similar to the previous act and has updated some of the test procedures that establishes the standard and details of the test set up, as well as the minimum requirements required for testing restricted radiation radiocommunication equipment.
