Brazil - ANATEL Updated Acts on Access to Terminals and Mobile Phones

On November 29, 2021, Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes in Brazil (ANATEL) published two new Acts. The two new Acts updated the technical requirements related to access terminals (ETA - devices with WWAN) and mobile phones.
Act Nº 10002 - Updates Act 3151, which is the technical requirements related to Access Terminal Station.
Act No. 10003 - Updates Act 3152, which is the technical requirements related to mobile phones.
Compared with the old version, updated Act 3151 and Act 3152 have added the 5G NR Frequency Range 2 (FR2) for Standalone and Non-Standalone inter-band and intra-band noncontiguous, and added NB-IoT NB2.
