Chile - SUBTEL Updated Resolución 1985 Exenta

On 27 July, 2021, RF Regulator in Chile - Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones (SUBTEL) issued Resolución 1321 Exenta which intends to update the Fixed Technical Standard for Short Range Device - Resolución 1985 Exenta.
The main points of the updates are:
1.In article 1, add in literal h) the following frequency band and its corresponding maximum electric field intensity: "13,553 to 13,567 kHz 20mV/ m at 30 meters".
2.In article 1, replace in the second subsection of literal j.1), where it says "17 mW / MHz", by "17 dBm / MHz";
3.In article 1, add in literal j.1), after the fifth paragraph, the following new paragraph: "Access Points (AP) using internal batteries may operate outdoors in the 5925-7125 MHz frequency band with a maximum EIRP of 17 dBm".
