Brazil Released the Act nº 1477
Brazil regulatory - The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) released Resolution 742 on March 1st, 2021 and Act 1477 on March 5th, 2021.
This new Act establish the technical requirements for the use of the spectrum by devices operating in the frequency range from 3,300 MHz to 3,700 MHz, and make it possible to test and approve the 5G NR band n78 in Brazil.
This Act will become in force as for April 1st, 2021.
