Brazil Released the Act nº 1306

On 26th February 2021, the Brazil Regulator – ANATEL released the Act nº 1306. This new Act updates the Act 14448 that was published on 4th December 2017 (Technical Requirements for Assessing Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Equipment) to include the Wi-Fi 6E technical requirements in the frequency range of 5,925-7,125 MHz.
This is a great news for all manufacturers wishing to approve devices with Wi-Fi 6E technology in Brazil.
