RED Article 10 Implementation Update
On July 20, 2017, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1354 was published and it specifies how the required information in Article 10(10) dealing with restrictions and authorization of use is to be indicated on the packaging and in the information accompanying the radio equipment. This implementing regulation provides clear direction and concise details to enable manufacturers to understand and present the necessary information formatted as required to be in conformity with Article 10(10) of the RED.
