Peru MTC Opens Public Consultation On WLAN EIRP Output Power Limit

On November 29, 2023, the Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC) of Peru has released Ministerial Resolution No. 1685-2023-MTC/01.03 to open public consultation.
The main content of this consultation is about to update the maximum EIRP of the frequency band 5150-5250 MHz in Resolution No. 777-2005-MTC-03, modifying it up to 30 dBm (1W) for indoor use.
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions within 15 days after the publication, no later than December 15, 2023.
