New Zealand Introduces Radiocommunications Regulations No. 2023
On August 1, 2023, New Zealand replaces the Radiocommunications Regulations No. 2020 with the updated No. 2023. Effective since July 1, 2023, the new regulation introduces new classes of products and specifies the standards and level of conformity applicable to these product classes. It also includes a list of products that are exempt from requiring a Declaration of Conformity (DoC).
