Argentina ENACOM Minor Updates RAMATEL Label Requirement

Recently, the Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina has released Resolution 586/2023 to implement some changes on the RAMATEL labeling requirements.
The main updates are related to:
 Labeling for construction or packaging limitations:
If the marking cannot be carried out directly on the product due to construction or size restrictions, it is accepted to print the marking in the user manual, quick start guides and/or corresponding packaging.
 Labeling for equipment installed in vehicles:
In cases where the approved equipment is installed inside vehicles (cars, boats, planes, motorcycles, etc.) and its regulatory marking is not visible, it is required to print the marking in the user manual and documents accompanying the vehicle, or be published on the official website of vehicle’s manufacturer or importer.
 Electronic Labeling:
If electronic labeling is chosen, the marking must be instructed of how to be accessed in the user manual, quick start guide (or other documentation accompanying the equipment), packaging and/or on the official website of the manufacturer or importer of the product.
