Chile SUBTEL Opens Public Consultation On Fake IMEI
Recently, the Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones (SUBTEL) in Chile has released a public consultation to promote the new regulation to ensure the effective blocking of a mobile terminal equipment which is related to control over the fake and cloning of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile devices.
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions before May 28th, 2023.
