Brazil ANATEL Publishes New Acts 384, 385, And 386

The Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) published Act 384, 385, and 386 as follows:
 Act No. 384: Technical Requirements for Assessing the Conformity of Switching Cables with Flexible or Solid Conductor
 Act No. 385: Technical Requirements for Conformity Assessment of Horizontal Data Transmission Cable with Solid Conductor
 Act No. 386: Technical Requirements for Conformity Assessment of Access Data Transmission Cable with Flexible or Solid Conductor
The three Acts are now in effect and will come into mandatory enforce on July 22nd, 2023.
