ANATEL Issued PORTARIA No. 2257

On April 18, 2022, The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil has issued PORTARIA No. 2257, which institutes the internal procedure for the simplified analysis of approval requirements for telecommunications products. This PORTARIA No. 2257 PORTARIA No. 2257 has been in force.
The simplified analysis applies to most telecommunications products, but does not include:
I - Mobile Phone Charger;
II - Inductive Charger for Mobile Phones;
III - Lithium battery used in Mobile Phones;
IV - Accessory for Mobile phone of auxiliary battery type;
