Mexico IFT Authorizes Telcel to Offer 5G Services
On February 9th, 2022, the RF regulator of Mexico, Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT), approved the request of Radiomovil Dipsa S.A. de C.V. (Telcel) to modify 18 concession titles that allowed them to use the frequency band of 3450-3550 MHz to provide wireless access service in their mobile modality for 5G services.
