China MIIT/SRRC Issued Public Consultation On Draft Radar Radio Regulation (Trial)

On July 31, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the People's Republic of China released a public consultation notice regarding the Draft Radar Radio Regulation (Trial).

This regulation formally outlines the allocation of radar radio frequencies, along with the technical requirements pertaining to the radio frequency usage of radar equipment.

The public consultation will close on August 31, 2024. All concerned parties are invited to submit their comments to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology before that date.
