Bolivia ATT Publishes New Homologation Regulation
The Telecommunications and Transportation Regulation and Supervision Authority (ATT) in Bolivia has issued a new Regulatory Administrative Resolution, ATT-DJ-RAR-TL LP 539/2024, titled “Instructions for the Registration and Homologation of Telecommunications and ICT Equipment”.
The primary change introduced by this new regulation is the extension of the validity period for the certificate of homologation, increasing it from 5 years to 10 years.
