Paraguay CONATEL Allowed Wi-Fi 6E

On April 23, 2025, the Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) in Paraguay issued Resolución Directorio N°1035/2025, announcing the authorization of the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band for low-power Wireless Access Systems.

According to the resolution, the radiocommunication equipment to be used in low-power Wireless Access Systems in the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band, must have an Approval Certificate issued by CONATEL, in accordance with current regulations. At the same time, the equipment manufacturer must declare that their equipment configuration complies with the limits specified in CONATEL technical standard, and the following information must be marked on the equipment label and/or user manual:

"En Paraguay, este equipo deberá ser configurado para operar con las limitaciones establecidas en la Norma Técnica NTC-RF-5925:2025 de la CONATEL".
