In April 2023, Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO) issued a new regulation (NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2023) regarding the use of radio frequency spectrum under class permissions. The purpose of this regulation is to optimize the utilization of radio frequency spectrum and allow for additional allocation based on class permissions. The following class groups are specified in the regulation:
a. RLAN;
b. LPWAN;
c. SRD;
d. IMT Based on Class Permission; and
e. PMR
