Vietnam MIC Issues New National Technical Regulations
Recently, Vietnam MIC has released some new versions of technical standards which entering in force from July 01, 2021. Main details as below:

All the MIC Type Approval certificate listing the former standards versions shall be automatically partially invalid and not accepted for customs clearance from July 01, 2021.
In order to keep exporting or importing the products under impacted categories to Vietnam, the applicant shall need to test products for the new versions of standards and obtain new Type Approval certificate listing the new versions.
