Indonesia Drafts New Regulations For Certification Of Telecommunication Equipment

On November 10, 2023, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics published a draft regulation aimed at refining the certification process for telecommunication devices. Key elements include adjustments to technical terms, clear certification procedures, new guidelines for labeling and warnings, and the identification of prohibited devices.
