Indian TEC Provides Clarification On Bluetooth Technology
On October 30, 2023, the Indian Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) issued a notification regarding the clarification of Bluetooth technology within the MTCTE certification framework. TEC emphasizes that Bluetooth technology is often referred to as "Bluetooth Classic" or "Bluetooth Traditional" and provides the following clarifications. Please note that now either BLE or Bluetooth is required to be tested under the MTCTE framework.
