China MIIT Intend To Repeal Two Normative Documents

In order to improve the utilization rate of radio spectrum resources and promote the high-quality development of the radio industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) intends to repeal the “Notice of MIIT on Publishing Matters Concerning Frequency Use of Point-to-Point Wireless Access Systems in Fixed Services in the 40-50 Gigahertz (GHz) Band” (MIIT [2013] No.500) and “Notice of the MIIT on Publishing Matters Concerning the Frequency Use of Broadband Wireless Access Systems in Mobile Services in the 40-50 Gigahertz (GHz) Band” (MIIT [2013] No. 502).
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions before September 10, 2023.
