Peru MTC Issues PNAF 2023
The Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC) of Peru has released the Resolution No. 0597-2023-MTC/01.03 for the approval of the New National Frequency Allocation Plan (PNAF) of 2023.
Besides the approval of new PNAF, the new Resolution has also revoked the Resolution No. 187-2005-MTC/03 which approves the previous PNAF and its amendments, but retain the validity of some existing provisions.
