1. The decision confirms an updated unified form of issuing EAC DoC/CoC.
2. A QR-code linked to soft copy of DoC/CoC is required.
3. In case of correction (NOTE: not renewal) to the CoC/DoC - the historical corrects will be recorded.

1. The DoC now must contain the information of storage condition and products' service life.
2. The CB shall register the declaration or refuse to register the DoC within 5 working days.
3. In case of correction (NOTE: not renewal) to the DoC - it is allowed to be done without addtional test in certain condition.
