Brazil ANATEL Publishes Ato No. 8995
On June 27, 2022, the Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) in Brazil published ATO Nº 8995, which establishes the technical and operational requirements of spectrum use conditions for the 27.5 GHz to 27.9 GHz sub-band.
This Act has entered into force on the date of publication.
