Eurasian Economic Commission Postpones Periodic Surveillance Of CU TR 018

On July 2, 2022, an important update of CU TR 018/2018 “Safety of wheeled vehicles” came into force the, which is adapted by “Decision No.103 of Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Conclil”. The Decision confirms the possibility of postponing periodic surveillance to types of vehicles (transportation tools) and components that are regulated in CU TR 018.
The term of postponement is up to 12 months, which subjects to the final decision of Certification Body (CB), the applicant (the local representative) of manufacturer shall contact CB accordingly. Please note that this term only applies to those products, which have no changes in technical documents and procedure of production.
