EAEU - Eurasian Economic Commission Issued Decision No. 130

On November 12, 2021, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission has published new decision No. 130 with subject "On the Procedure for the import into the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of products subject to mandatory conformity assessment in the Customs Territory of the Eurasian Economic Union".
According to the decision, now for customs clearance, it is not enough to have just a copy or a scan of the EAEU CoC / DoC and a power of attorney for its use for customs purposes. Therefore, the importer must have a hard copy of the EAEU CoC / DoC certified by the applicant.
This decision came into force from January 30, 2022.
