Australia ACMA Issued Public Consultation on RLANs in the 6 GHz band
On 18 October, 2021, Australian Communications and Media Authoritya (ACMA) are proposing to update the LIPD class licence to allow the use of RLAN devices in the lower 6 GHz band (5925–6425 MHz), and consulting on their use in the 5 GHz and upper 6 GHz bands.
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions to ACMA before 19 November 2021.
