Reminder: EMC and LVD Certificates in Serbia will Soon Become Voluntary
This is a kind reminder to all, for device without radios, Serbian EMC and Safety certificates will become voluntary from 1 January, 2022. All manufacturers and importers can apply voluntarily for EMC/Safety CoC, and it will not be mandatory.
The Serbian Ministry of Economy issued EMC and LVD Rulebooks in the Official Gazette of the RS, No. 21/2020 on March 6th 2020, which announced this new policy.
