Vietnam's EMC Control Has Added Several New Products

Vietnam MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology) has release Supplement and amendment 1:2018 of QCVN 9:2012/BKHCN, below new products are add into EMC scope:

1. Hair dryer: Effect from September 1, 2019;

2. Meat grinders, blenders, fruit juicers, egg whisks: Effect from July 1, 2020;

3. Electric cookers and Induction cookers and microwave oven (including combination type): Effect from July 1, 2021;

Manufacturer and importer are encouraged to obtain voluntary Type approval certificate for above mentioned product type before enforcing date.
