Namibia: Definition of CRAN Telecom Equipment
In May 8, 2018, CRAN released an explanation of the definition of "telecommunications equipment" in the Government Gazette. Telecommunications equipment is defined as "communication or network equipment with a public network or wide area network service interface, including but not limited to telecommunications terminal equipment, information technology equipment (including but not limited to digital set-top box decoders), radio communication devices and electronic communication networks powered by internal or external electrical AC/DC energy sources.
