Vietnam VNTA Forces Full Requirements for QCVN 12:2015/BTTTT (RF GSM) and QCVN 15:2015/BTTTT (RF W-CDMA) Again

VNTA forces full requirements for QCVN 12:2015/BTTTT (RF GSM) and QCVN 15:2015/BTTTT (RF W-CDMA) again since 01-Jan-2018.

Because all the local test labs are not able to perform all the test items according to QCVN 12:2015/BTTTT and QCVN 15:2015/BTTTT, to obtain Type Approval certificate for mobile phone and 2G / 3G terminal devices, applicant has to submit RF reports recognized by MIC under MRA in order to obtain MIC Type Approval certificate for mobile phone or 2G / 3G terminal devices.

However, not every reports issued by MRA test labs will be accepted. Only the reports which are equivalent and show the full requirement according to QCVN 12:2015/BTTTT and QCVN 15:2015/BTTTT can be acceptable to VNTA for Type Approval certification.
