MIC Drafts SAR Technical Regulation For Mobile Phones
On April 25, 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam conducted a public consultation on the draft technical regulation QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT for the SAR of mobile phones, which applies to devices falling under specific HS codes: 8517.13.00; 8517.14.00.
The draft QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT is open for public comments until June 25, 2024, and it is expected to take effect on July 1, 2025.
