Hong Kong OFCA Issues Three Specifications

On August 26, 2024, the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) in Hong Kong published the following three specifications:

1. HKCA 2001 Issue 15 – “Compliance Test Specification – Safety and Electrical Protection Requirements for Subscriber Telecommunications Equipment”

2. HKCA 1084 Issue 1 – “Conformance Specification for Radiation Safety of Wireless Devices”

3. HKCA 1039 Issue 7 – “Performance Specification for Radiocommunications Apparatus Operating in the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Band and Employing Frequency Hopping or Digital Modulation
