ACMA Opens Public Consultations on Multiple Proposals

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is consulting on the following three proposals:

“Proposal to remake the TLN and 8 telecommunications standards”, open until December 20, 2024

“Remaking the Fixed Licence LCD (Licence Conditions Determination) and revised arrangements for the 3.4–4 GHz band”, open until December 13, 2024

“Updating the spectrum plan”, open until December 16, 2024

All concerned parties can submit comments and suggestions before the deadlines.
