Ukraine Launches 5G NR Pilot Project
The Ukrainian government has amended Resolution No. 1340 to initiate a two-year pilot project for testing 5G New Radio (NR) technology. The amendments permit flexible use of the 2100 MHz frequency for 2G, 3G, and 4G, while reallocating the 694-862 MHz band for mobile communications. These updates align Ukraine's telecom regulations with EU standards.
