Serbia Adopts New RF Spectrum Rulebook
On November 15, 2024, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) adopted the Rulebook on the Requirements for Allocation and Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum ("Official Gazette of RS," No. 88/24, November 7, 2024).
The rulebook outlines conditions for RF spectrum use under the general authorization regime, defining technical standards and RF bands for efficient spectrum utilization.
