Oman TRA Allocates 26 GHz Band for 5G and 6G Technologies
On March 1, 2025, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Oman announced the allocation of the 26 GHz frequency band for experimental and developmental use in 5G and 6G technologies.
This initiative aims to keep pace with the rapid evolution of the communications industry and to meet market demand for high-capacity, high-frequency spectrum.
