South Africa ICASA Launched Public Consultation on Innovation Spectrum Frequency Bands
On March 28, 2025, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) issued a Government Gazette, accompany with public consultation about Draft Regulations on the Dynamic Spectrum Access and Opportunistic Spectrum Management in the Innovation Spectrum Frequency Ranges 3800-4200 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz.
All interested parties are invited to submit their comments and suggestions to ICASA by May 30, 2025.
