Burkina Faso ARCEP Allowed Wi-Fi 6E
On April 29, 2025, the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) in Burkina Faso issued Decision N°2025-011/ARCEP/CR defining the categories and setting the conditions of use of stations composed exclusively of low-power, short-range devices. It is noteworthy that ARCEP has authorized the use of the 5945-6425 MHz frequency band for Wireless Access Systems and Radio Local Area Networks (WAS/RLAN).
