Argentina ENACOM Modified Mobile Satellite Spectrum Allocation

On April 30, 2025, the ENTE NACIONAL DE COMUNICACIONES(ENACOM) in Argentina issued Resolution No. 640 ENACOM/25, announcing amendments to the frequency ranges for Mobile Satellite Services as specified in Resolution No. 10-ENACOM/2024. The updated frequency allocations are as follows:

1.For Earth-to-Space transmissions: 1990–2025 MHz

2.For Space-to-Earth transmissions: 2170–2200 MHz

This resolution aims to reduce interference with the Personal Communications Services (PCS) band. The above modifications have been incorporated into the Frequency Allocation Table of the Argentine Republic (CABFRA).
