Korean Agency for Technology and Standards Proposes Major Revision to 34 Electrical Product Safety Standards

The Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (국가기술표준원) issued a public notice (No. 2025-239) on September 10, 2025, regarding the administrative pre-announcement for the revision of electrical product safety standards. These proposed amendments cover 34 types of safety standards, including Audio/Video and Information and Communication Technology Equipment (KC 62368-1) and many others.

The public is invited to submit opinions to the National Agency for Technology and Standards Electrical and Telecommunication Product Safety Division by October 10, 2025.
