On November 14, 2022, the Government in United Kingdom announced that it will continue to recognize the CE marking for 2 years.
Therefore, the deadline for businesses to implement the UKCA marking on products to be marketed inside Great Britain has been extended from 31 December 2022 to 31 December 2024. Prior to that date, businesses were given flexibility to choose which marking to apply (either UKCA or CE markings).
