The Instituto Nicaragüense de Telecomunicaciones y Correos (TELCOR) in Nicaragua released ACUERDO ADMINISTRATIVO N°. 002-2022 recently to start the planning process for nation strategy definition and its related roadmap to implement and takes advantage of the benefit of 5G technology.
In accordance with the administrative agreement, the regulator announced to reserve the following frequency bands for the deployment of networks and provision of services with 5G mobile networks in Nicaragua.
- 3300-3400 MHz
- 3400-3600 MHz
- 3600-3700 MHz
