Bolivia MOPSV Published Resolution 174/2022 For Allocation Of 3.3-3.6 GHz
The Ministry of Public Works, Services, and Housing (Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Servicios, y Vivienda, MOPSV) in Bolivia has published new Ministerial Resolution No. 174 to modify the National Frequency Plan. The new resolution designates the primary use of 3.3 GHz to 3.6 GHz for mobile service for the implementation of International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) Distributed as follows:

1) The channeling for sub bands A1, A2, B2, C1, and C2 will be applied immediately upon the new resolution comes into effect.
2) The channeling for sub band B1 will be applied from October 20th, 2024.
The new resolution entered into force on the date of publication.
